December 2005 - Consuit expands partner base

Pavel Cesnek and Jan Eldenmalm joins Consuit as partners, adding and reinforcing the expertise in Compliance and Governance Consulting.

Pavel Cesnek comes from a industry / audit background and have worked as both Finance Director and Auditor in several leading companies.
Pavel has a profound experience in Sarbanes Oxley implementation and audits as well as a speciality in Restructuring. Aside from being a partner in the firm, Pavel is assuming leadership of the Financial Services practice

Jan Eldenmalm comes from a Venture Capital and High-Tech background and have worked as CTO as well as CEO in various telecommunications, software and consulting companies.
Jan is a technology and systems expert having worked for a long time with the implementation and audits of COBIT, ITIL and BS7799. Aside from his partnership responsibilities, Jan will lead the Information Technology practice into excellence.
