At Consuit an Analyst make a difference almost immediately. They are called on to create an impact for clients as vital team members. We also expect them to grow both through their experience in our client work and by consistently working on their own professional development.

All analysts are encouraged to broaden their industry experience and will work with a variety of projects, clients and industries. As learning is a life-long process, all consultants need to further develop their skills and a variety of training opportunities are provided and is part of the formal development program.

When the Analyst joins the company, a mentor will be assigned and the two will work out a development program outlining development needs and annual targets. The mentoring program is key to ensuring rapid growth as a consultant and integration into the company. Typically, Analysts will:

• Conduct interviews within the client organization
• Execute testing within the client organization
• Use innovative methods to conduct or gather market research
• Build spreadsheet models to analyze data

Indivdual development will determine the time spent in this position and before moving on to a Senior Analyst role although typically a year is spent in this role.
