Experienced professionals come from a variety of backgrounds and frequently with a minimum of couple of years of consulting experience under their belt coupled with line-management or industry experienced. We require at least two years of professional experience post-master to be able to join out team as a senior consultant or above.

Typically, experienced consultants are directly invloved in managing project teams and client facing. As the company's face to our clients, one of your greatest challenges will be to manage your client's expectations as well as project deliverables.

Most often, our work will be project based work although occasionally interim managers are required instead of or in combination with project teams which require a higher level of autonomy than a traditional consultant role and requires the highest standards of professionalism and skills.
