Senior Consultant / Manager

Recent growth in our client base requires us to reinforce our project leadership team. We are seeking experienced Senior Consultants and Managers with a strong expertise in Corporate Governance, Enterprise Transformation and Business Process Design. You will have a Masters degree or MBA in Business or Finance with a minimum of 5 years of consulting experience coupled with relevant industry or functional experience. You will be managing one or several project teams consisting of motivated and skilled professionals with different clients on various projects throughout Europe and UK.
You understand and knows how to manage the the delivery of timely and high quality results.
As a Senior Consultant or Manager your daily work requires you to keep many balls in the air simultaneously. Your work will be highly analytical and quality focused and involved in shaping and creating strong businesses. You are expected work closely with the clients to understand and structure solutions to complex business problems. You are expected to manage team output and workloads. Internally, you are expected to identify and support project proposals, lead the development of intellectual capital (IC) and act as a mentor to your junior collegues.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead and manage project teams, project delivery and internal IC activities.
- Structure, delegate and particiapte in project tasks including internal control frameworks, business process optimization, structure control audit and compliance programs.
- Develop project frameworks and methodologies.
- Support recruiting, training and mentoring activities
- Identify and initiate, together with Management, sales activities in ongoing projects as well as new business leads.
- Prepare and present client reports, presentations and sales materials.
Requirements:
- You should be fluent in least two European languages, preferably more.
- You will have a Master degree / MBA in Business or Finance from a recognized university.
- You should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant consulting experience.
- You should have experience of leading consulting teams.
- You must be willing to travel thoughout Europe and the world as required by client engagements.
- You should be a strong teamworker, strong leader and excellent coordinator with an eye for detail, structure and synthesis.
