Sales Director

Working with blue chip customers all over Europe we are aggressively expanding and plan to grow extensively in the coming 2 year period. You will be joining a diverse senior management team with wide industry experience and high skill levels in multiple areas. We are transforming governance to meet new and higher expectations. You will lead the sales of transformation projects across Europe, supported by both on-site consultants and offshore resources. Working with the Managing Director, it will your role to identify clients wishing to transform their governance projects into profitable business processes that support bottom line profit. Managing sales and business development you will be a key resource in our company and a key member of the company management team, in time, this role could lead to a Partnership.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • To lead the sales effort
  • To define and structure our offerings to meet the market needs
  • Negotiate and prepare contracts.

Requirements:

  • You should be fluent in least two European languages, preferably more.
  • You will have a quality university degree and an preferably an MBA
  • You would typically have been working at C-level and have an established industry track record
  • You should be well understood with the consulting sales cycle and comfortable selling consulting solutions
