Code of Professional Conduct: The Management of Consuit ensure that management consultants carrying out work on Consuit's behalf are conversant with and abide by the Code of Professional Conduct. Consuit is actively supporting the Institute of Management Consultants and supports all their consultants in joining the insitute and furthering their qualifications as management consultant outside their normal work duties.
All consultants will respect the professional obligations and qualifications of all others with whom the member works. Any conflicts, problems or concerns will be discussed with the client as soon as possible in order to reolve any issues and avoid conflicts inside or outside the scope of the project. Consuit will exercise the objectivity, integrity and sensitivity required in all technical and advisory conclusions communicated to the client.
Approach: Consuit and all of Consuit's representatives will always maintain a fully professional approach in all dealings with clients, the general public and fellow members.
All work, representations and recommendations given to a the client will be factual and relevant and never misleading or unfair to others.
Recruiting: Consuit will not invite or entertain an offer from an employee of a client to consider alternate employment without prior discussion with the client.
