Assignments: Assignments will only be accepted where Consuit is able to provide the client with adequate skills, resources or support. Quality, being the utmost priority for any project, must not be compromised due to understaffing, unrealistic timelines or inadequate support

Conflicting Assignments: Consuit will actively avoid acting simultaneously in potentially conflicting situations without informing all parties in advance that this is intended.

Conferring with Clients: Consuit will ensure that before accepting any engagement, a mutual understanding of the objectives, scope, work plan, timing and fee arrangements is established and any personal, financial or other interests which might influence the conduct of the work are disclosed.
