Confidentiality: Consuit and any consultant affiliated with Consuit will treat client information as confidential and will not take personal advantage of privileged or inside information gathered during an assignment, or enable others to do so.

Any and all information gathered during a project or shared with Consuit by a client will be held in strictest confidentiality and will not be divulged or shared to anyone outside the project or the Consuit organization.

The client name will remain confidential to Consuit unless the client has agreed in advance.

No client details will be made public or used in advertising without the written consent of the client.
